Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations (Healthcare Providers/Clinics)

• ●You may cancel your tdBook subscription at any time from your account settings.
• ●Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
• ●Your account will remain active until the subscription period ends.
• ●After cancellation, no further charges will be made unless you re-subscribe.

2. Refund Policy for Subscriptions

• ●All subscription payments are non-refundable.
• ●No refunds will be issued for partial usage, unused features, or early cancellations.
• ●Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
• ○Duplicate charges due to technical errors.
  ○Wrong plan activation due to system issues.
• ●To request a refund under such cases, please contact billing@tdbook.in within 7 days of the charge.

3. Appointment Cancellations (Patients)

• ●Patients can cancel or reschedule appointments using the tools provided by tdBook.
• ●Refunds for cancelled appointments are managed by the healthcare provider/clinic directly, not by tdBook.
• ●tdBook is not responsible for disputes related to appointment fees, no-shows, or rescheduling charges.

4. Auto-Renewal of Subscriptions

• ●All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default.
• ●You may disable auto-renewal anytime through your account settings before the next billing date.
• ●Failure to cancel before renewal will result in automatic billing for the next subscription cycle.

5. Service Disruptions

• ●If tdBook services are interrupted for a significant period (e.g., more than 48 hours of downtime within a billing cycle), eligible users may request a service credit applied toward future billing, at our discretion.

6. Policy Updates

• ●tdBook may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
• ●Updates will be effective upon posting on our website or app.
• ●Continued use of tdBook constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
